Assassin's Creed is set in Jerusalem, Israel in 1191 AD during the 3rd Crusade, while gory battles are taking place in the Holy Land. You take on the life of an elite assassin, whose mission is to stop the conflict by carrying out nine assassinations without being seen, heard or more importantly caught.

In Assassin's Creed you can ride horses, climb walls, blend into the crowd as well as climbing buildings to find your way to the next Assassination.
